Fund/s

African Alliance does not market the Alternative Investment Funds (“AIFs”) it manages. Should a potential investor wish obtain information on the AIFs, they will only be provided with materials subject to them being eligible to receive such materials and only if African Alliance has received an appropriate reverse solicitation request, in accordance with the requirements of the EU Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (“AIFMD”) and national law in their home jurisdiction. None of the AIFs managed by African Alliance are registered to be marketed in the EEA and are not subject to the reporting or investor disclosure requirements of the AIFMD.

If a potential investor chooses to invest in any of the funds managed by African Alliance, they must be aware that their capital would be at risk. Subscriptions may only be made on the basis of the relevant prospectus and most recent financial statement and semi-annual financial statements published thereafter.
